Accessibility statement

Last updated: 18 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to see Yael Rozen’s photographs and order from them, whatever their abilities or the technology they use. The site was built with that in mind, and we keep improving it.

Level of accessibility

The site follows Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA, which adopts the W3C’s WCAG 2.0 guidelines, and the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

What has been done

  • A “skip to content” link at the top of every page, for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Full keyboard navigation throughout the site, including the shop and the order and licensing forms, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
  • A hierarchical heading structure, a declared language and text direction on every page, and alternative text for photographs.
  • High colour contrast, text that can be enlarged in the browser without breaking the layout, and a layout that adapts to phones and desktops.
  • The site honours the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting: with it on, animations are stopped or reduced.
  • Forms with clear labels and errors written in words, with no time limit for filling them in.
  • The site exists in three languages — Hebrew, English and French — and you can switch between them from any page.

Known limitations

We would rather say plainly what is not yet perfect:

  • The archive holds more than a thousand photographs from decades of work. Yael wrote the titles and captions herself, but a full visual description has not yet been written for every photograph.
  • The “my wall” tool, which measures a wall and shows the print on it, is visual by nature. If it is hard for you to use, write or call us and we will gladly help you choose a size.
  • The site has not yet been audited by an external accessibility consultant. We fix every problem reported to us.
  • Links to external sites (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) are outside our control, and their accessibility is the responsibility of whoever operates them.

Accessibility requests

Did you find a page, a photograph or a button you could not use? Write to us and we will deal with it — by email at yaeltau@gmail.com, or on WhatsApp at +972 52 469 6669. We aim to reply within five business days and to fix the problem as soon as we can.

When you write, it helps us a great deal to know which page it was, which browser or device you used, and what exactly did not work.
